Mission statement

CUSTOMERS. We know our customer groups, observe them through continuous market analysis and thus anticipate their needs and expectations. We strive to tailor our offers very precisely to our customer groups. We see criticism as an opportunity which helps us to constantly improve our services (process management ISO 9001).

MANAGEMENT. Our managers motivate their employees by clearly focusing on the jointly set goals and communicating them convincingly. They develop values and a culture of trust for the company that reflects a unique identity and attractiveness.

OFFERS. The uniqueness of our offers is defined by the immersion in other worlds and times. With our offers we enable the customer to have time for himself and to look at nature from a different perspective. The great attention to detail in the planning, the exceptional commitment of our employees during the events and the seamless post-processing distinguish our offers from those of our competitors.

  • 1999 - Foundation of the company Meister Häberlis Zeitreisen
  • 2001 - Renaming of the company to Abenteuer-Zeitreisen TOPAZ
  • 2002 - Creation of the first 100% job, company headquarters in Appenzell
  • 2003 - Foundation of the GmbH
  • 2004 - Introduction of the Swiss Tourism Quality Label, level Q1
  • 2006 - Additional business field outdoor training with professional trainer
  • 2007 - Implementation of the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2000 and quality seal level Q3
  • 2008 - Creation of an internship position 2010 Participation in the 1st Green Switzerland Award ceremony
  • 2011 - Certification ISO 14001, environmental management
  • 2012 - Finalist for the ZKB Sustainability Award
  • 2012 - Award PlusPlus AR as family-friendly company
  • 2014 - Handover of the business to Sepp Manser and Melanie Baumann
